Refund Policy
At Excavatorun, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every customer to have clear information about returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged shipments, and warranty-related issues before purchasing equipment.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from Excavatorun.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, the equipment must generally:
Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Be in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Include the original components, accessories, keys, manuals, and documentation supplied with the equipment.
Not have been materially altered, modified, abused, or damaged after delivery.
Meet the other requirements described in this policy.
Because excavators and other machinery are heavy equipment, customers must contact Excavatorun and receive return instructions before arranging a return.
Customers must contact us before returning any equipment.
When requesting a return, please provide:
Your full name.
Order number.
Product purchased.
Reason for the return.
Current condition of the equipment.
Photographs or videos if requested.
After the return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused where permitted by applicable law.
If your equipment arrives damaged, please contact Excavatorun as soon as possible.
Whenever reasonably possible, inspect the equipment at the time of delivery.
If visible shipping damage is present:
Take clear photographs of the equipment.
Photograph any damaged packaging or shipping materials.
Document the condition of the shipment.
Note visible damage on the delivery documentation when appropriate.
Contact Excavatorun promptly.
Customers should not operate equipment that appears seriously damaged or unsafe.
We may request photographs, videos, serial-number information, delivery documents, or other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in replacement parts, repair, replacement equipment, a return, a refund, or another appropriate solution.
If you receive a materially different product from the product you ordered, please contact us promptly.
After confirming the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, return transportation, or a refund.
Where the incorrect product was supplied because of an error by Excavatorun, the customer will not be responsible for reasonable return transportation costs where required by applicable law or this policy.
If you believe your equipment has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team and provide your order information and a description of the problem.
We may request photographs, videos, diagnostic information, serial numbers, maintenance information, or an inspection to help determine the cause of the problem.
Products covered by an applicable warranty may be handled through the warranty process rather than through a standard return.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted within the 30-day return period provided that the equipment meets the requirements of this policy.
For voluntary returns that are not caused by a defect, shipping damage, or an error by Excavatorun, the customer may be responsible for return freight costs where permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable deductions will be clearly communicated before the return is finalized.
Heavy equipment that has been operated may show wear or depreciation.
Customers may reasonably inspect equipment after delivery. However, substantial commercial use, excavation work, rental use, modification, damage, or operation beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the equipment may affect return eligibility or the amount of an available refund where permitted by law.
Equipment returned with missing components or customer-caused damage may also be subject to an appropriate deduction where permitted by law.
Subject to applicable law, certain products may not qualify for voluntary returns, including:
Custom-made products.
Special-order equipment.
Special-order attachments.
Products materially modified at the customer's request.
Parts that have already been installed or materially used.
Consumable or maintenance items after use.
Products damaged through misuse or neglect.
Products damaged through unauthorized modification.
Products returned outside the applicable return period.
These exclusions do not eliminate any rights that may apply to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.
Excavators and other heavy machinery generally require specialized freight transportation and cannot be returned through ordinary parcel shipping.
Customers must receive return instructions before arranging transportation.
For an eligible voluntary return, return freight may be the customer's responsibility.
If a return is required because of an error by Excavatorun, qualifying shipping damage, or another issue for which we are responsible, return transportation will be handled according to this policy and applicable law.
Customers should never independently ship heavy equipment to an address without first receiving return authorization.
Returned equipment should include all items originally supplied with the purchase, where applicable, including:
Keys.
Buckets.
Attachments.
Tools.
Manuals.
Accessories.
Safety equipment.
Documentation.
Other included components.
Missing components, customer-caused damage, or material alterations may affect the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
After returned equipment has been received, it will be inspected.
Once the return has been approved following inspection, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Customers will be notified regarding the status of their return and refund.
After Excavatorun issues an approved refund, additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor before the funds appear in the customer's account.
Financial institution processing times are outside the control of Excavatorun.
When standard delivery was included in the purchase price, the treatment of outbound freight costs for voluntary returns will depend on the circumstances of the return.
No shipping deduction will be made where prohibited by applicable law.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet entered fulfillment or been transferred to a freight carrier, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the transaction may need to be handled as a return.
Customers should contact Excavatorun before refusing delivery unless there is significant visible damage or an immediate safety concern.
Voluntarily refusing an otherwise correct and undamaged shipment may be treated as a voluntary return.
Reasonable freight, storage, redelivery, or return transportation costs may apply where permitted by law.
Freight damage is handled separately from an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Customers should retain relevant evidence, including:
Photographs of the equipment.
Photographs of the packaging.
Delivery paperwork.
Freight labels.
Documentation showing the condition of the shipment.
Do not discard damaged components or relevant shipping materials until we confirm that they are no longer required for the claim.
Equipment sold with a warranty may qualify for repair, replacement parts, technical assistance, replacement, or another remedy according to the applicable warranty terms.
A warranty claim does not necessarily require returning the entire machine.
Customers should contact Excavatorun before arranging significant repairs when seeking warranty coverage.
Before performing significant repairs on equipment that you believe is defective and covered by warranty, please contact Excavatorun.
We may not reimburse unauthorized third-party repairs unless they were approved in advance or reimbursement is otherwise required by applicable law.
This provision does not prevent reasonable emergency measures necessary to avoid injury or additional property damage.
Returns or warranty claims may be denied where a problem results from circumstances such as:
Accidents.
Collision.
Overloading.
Improper operation.
Failure to perform required maintenance.
Unauthorized modifications.
Improper or incompatible attachments.
Contaminated fuel or fluids.
Neglect.
Operation outside the equipment's specifications.
Other misuse.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
We encourage customers to contact Excavatorun first if there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy prevents customers from exercising legitimate rights available through their card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
Fraudulent disputes or knowingly false claims may be contested using available transaction, order, delivery, and communication records.
Excavatorun reserves the right to investigate and reject fraudulent return requests, falsified damage claims, substituted equipment, serial-number manipulation, or other return abuse.
We may maintain records of product serial numbers and equipment condition for legitimate fraud-prevention and warranty purposes.
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to eliminate or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If applicable law provides protections greater than those stated in this policy, applicable law will control.
If you have questions about a return, refund, cancellation, damaged shipment, or warranty claim, please contact the Excavatorun customer service team.
